Terms & Conditions
  1. Priority booking (as defined below) for Cardholder holding UnionPay Card will be from 10 April, 2018 at 10:00am to 23 April, 2018 at 11:59pm (“Priority Booking Period”).  Priority booking ends at 11:59pm on 23 April, 2018 or when all available tickets for priority booking are sold out that whichever comes first. (“Priority Booking”)
  2. Priority booking is to be made with HK Ticketing on ticket purchase hotline no. (852) 31 288 288, its operating hour is from 10:00am to 8:00pm, or website at www.hkticketing.com.
  3. Reservation of tickets is on a first-come-first-served basis and available while stock lasts.
  4. A maximum of 6 tickets are allowed to purchase per transaction.
  5. All relevant charges, including the total amount for the tickets purchased, customer service fee at HK$25 per ticket and delivery fee (if applicable) (the "Fees"), will be charged to the Cardholder's Card account instantly after tickets have been ordered. Only Cardholders whose credit card accounts are valid and in good standing during the priority booking period and at the time the Fees are debited will be eligible to use the priority booking service. Otherwise, bookings will be cancelled.
  6. Tickets can be collected by either a) pick-up in person or b) via courier services. Cardholders who pick up the tickets in person must present the UnionPay Card used to purchase tickets at HK Ticketing’s retail outlets (venue box office, D•PARK, K11 Select and Tom Lee outlets). The fee for delivering tickets to Hong Kong is HK$25 per transaction if the tickets are collected via courier services. The fee for delivering tickets to Macau is HK$30 per transaction. The fee for delivering tickets to China is HK$200 per transaction. The fee for delivering tickets to overseas districts is HK$250 per transaction. Each delivery is limited to 6 tickets per transaction. Cardholders should contact HK Ticketing by calling (852) 31 288 288 (10:00am – 8:00pm) at least 14 working days prior to the show if the tickets are not received, otherwise HK Ticketing will not be responsible for non-receipt of tickets.  Eligible Cardholders should ensure that the delivery address/information is correct.  UnionPay, the Show organizers and HK Ticketing are not responsible for undelivered tickets due to wrong or incomplete delivery address/information.  There will be no replacement for any loss of tickets.
  7. All booked or issued tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded and changed. UnionPay accepts no liability whatsoever for tickets lost and no tickets will be re-issued.
  8. The event is suitable for age 12 or above, each ticket admits one only.
  9. If the show is cancelled, the organizers reserve the right for refund or alternation of show date.
  10. In the case of any change of the show, the organizers reserve the right of the final decision.
  11. Cardholders understand and accept that UnionPay is not the supplier of the products/services. UnionPay shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the products/services, including without limitation, their quality, the supply, the descriptions of goods and/or services provided by HK Ticketing  and organizers, any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the Priority Booking of the offers or in making available the offers or the products and/or services under the Priority Booking, by HK Ticketing and organizers, its employees, officers or agents. Cardholders should contact HK Ticketing and organizers directly for any enquiries or complaints about the service or the show.
  12. UnionPay reserves the right to alter or terminate Priority Booking and amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time. In case of disputes, the decision of UnionPay and HK Ticketing shall be final and conclusive.
  13. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
